Pennsylvania law governs these terms, without applying conflict-of-law principles. Public records described here are subject to the Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law, Act 3 of 2008, 65 P.S. §§ 67.101-67.3104, and to record-specific confidentiality statutes. The RTKL does not replace statutory routes for deeds, certified court records, or vital records.
12. Severability
If a court finds one part of these terms unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
